John Tynan

Twenty years and over $1 billion of development experience has made John Tynan one of the most respected project planners in the country. His wealth of exposure involving commercial, industrial, and residential development has benefited Fortune 500 companies like Hyatt Corporation, Arco, AT&T Wireless Services, and Cellular One. As president of TynanGroup, Inc., Tynan has developed a full service consulting firm with offices strategically located across the country.

His company's achievement is attributed to its understanding of all facets of project processes and development. TynanGroup has accomplished a 100% approval rating in such difficult communities as Greenwich, Connecticut, suburban Chicago, Madison, San Francisco and southern California.

Prior to starting TynanGroup, Tynan was vice president of planning and construction for Hyatt Development Corporation. Tynan holds a civil engineering degree from the University of Illinois and an MBA from DePaul University.
